At TMJ Legal Services, we are extremely proud to have achieved and retained specialist accreditations and memberships with the Law Society, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Resolution and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.

The Law Society

The Law Society awards accreditations to legal practices and solicitors who meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service in specific areas of law.  

• Lexcel – the legal practice quality mark
  Law firms that have Lexcel Accreditation must follow rules and guidelines that help raise standards and promote a high-quality approach to practice management and client care.
• Conveyancing
  The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Some of the UK’s biggest lenders trust its accreditation.
• Personal Injury
  The Personal Injury Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for practitioners representing victims and their dependents in personal injury matters.

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers

• Lyn Ryan, a solicitor in our personal injury department, is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). APIL members are committed to helping injured people receive the justice they need to rebuild their lives.

Resolution

• Francesca Cosstick, a solicitor and head of our family department, is a member of the Resolution Accredited Specialist Scheme, which recognises members who demonstrate excellence in the practice of family law and in their specific areas of expertise.

The Association of Lifetime Lawyers

• Clair Dunkerley and Catherine Donworth, both solicitors and Directors at TMJ, are members of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers. They are experts in providing legal advice to vulnerable and older people. They specialise in wills, powers of attorney, court of protection, probate, and trust work.
