Change of Name

If you wish to legally change your first, middle and/or last names, we can assist with preparing a Change of Name Deed (also known as a Deed Poll) for you on a fixed fee basis.

We can also assist with preparing a Change of Name Deed for your child, subject to obtaining consent from the other parent or anyone else with parental responsibility for your child, where applicable. In the event of a dispute, we can assist with negotiating issues relating to a child’s name or with representation in court proceedings to determine the issue if required.
