Sometimes issues can arise over being able to spend regular time with your children/grandchildren or wishing to change where they live.

We realise how difficult these problems can be and will use our expertise to help you get the best outcome for your children/grandchildren.

Sometimes we may just need to approach the other parent to clear up a misunderstanding. In others, we may refer you to a mediation service to talk things through face to face. Other cases will require an application to the court if an agreement cannot be reached.

Legal Aid is generally no longer available, however, we can offer our services on an agreed fee basis.
