Faulty Products

If you buy a product, whatever it may be, you should expect it to be safe to use for its intended purpose.

In some situations, a fault or defect can go unrecognised, or there can be problems during the manufacture of that product which could make it unsafe to use.

In the UK there are safety standards that products must comply with when they are sold to consumers. In addition to these standards, products must undergo detailed testing and product approval processes to ensure their safety. This is particularly relevant with products such as children’s toys and equipment as well as food, skin and hair items.

Despite these rigorous regulations and procedures, not all products comply with safety standards and can cause injury.

Our specialist solicitors at TMJ Legal Services will take the stress out of dealing with your claim. Let us worry about the law and regulations. You can trust us to ensure that you recover the maximum compensation that you deserve.
