We will draft your will at a competitive fixed price, agreed with you at the outset. We charge £100 plus VAT of 20% for a straightforward single will and £175 plus VAT of 20% for two simple mirror wills.

Our fixed fee will writing service includes:

• Legal advice; Provided by a fully qualified solicitor;
• Drafting; We will draft your will, send it to you for approval and engross the document for signing when it has been approved;
• Explanation; Any queries you have after received the draft will be fully explained so that you only sign the will when you are completely satisfied it reflects your wishes;
• Attestation; We will oversee the signing of the will to ensure that it complies with the legislation as set out in the Wills Act 1837 to ensure validity;
• Storage; If you would like us to store your original will then we will do this for you free of charge.
