Our will writing service is here to help you write a new will or update an old will.
We will draft your will at a competitive fixed price, agreed with you at the outset. We charge £165 plus VAT of 20% (£198) for a straightforward single will and £300 plus VAT of 20% (£360) for two simple mirror wills.
Our fixed fee will writing service includes:
- Legal advice
- Drafting; We will draft your will, send it to you for approval and engross the document for signing when it has been approved
- Explanation; Any queries you have after receiving the draft will be fully explained so that you only sign the will when you are completely satisfied it reflects your wishes
- Attestation; We will oversee the signing of the will to ensure that it complies with the legislation as set out in the Wills Act 1837 to ensure validity
- Storage; If you would like us to store your original will then we will do this for you free of charge
