Home Information Packs & Energy Performance Certificates

The requirement for a Home Information Pack (HIP) has been suspended but when marketing a property the property must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).  The EPC must be available within 28 days of the property being marketed for sale. TMJ Legal Services LLP can arrange for completion of an EPC cheaply and quickly. If the property is within 50 miles of Newcastle upon Tyne we can usually make sure the EPC is available within 3 days and for only £50.

 

As soon as your EPC has been prepared it will be made available on the internet.
