Home Information Packs

The requirement for a Home Information Pack (HIP) is suspended from 21st May 2010

While a Home Information Pack (HIP) is no longer required when you market your property you must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We can arrange for an EPC. The cost is usually no more than £60. While the EPC must be available within 28 days, if your property is within 50 miles of Newcastle upon Tyne, we can arrange for it to be available within three days and it will cost you £50.
