Lasting Power of Attorney

At present our charge for a Lasting Power of Attorney is £300 plus VAT and court fee. People with limited means are entitled to remission in full or in part of that fee.
To help our clients our senior solicitors in our Private Client Department are prepared, in general, to provide, for a very modest cost, the Certificate in support of the application for a LPA. This make matters much simpler.
